It began as any other night might have. It was dark outside, and the air was cold, but the leashes were out and the coats were on, and Johnny was waiting at the door with their beloved friend, Dusty, also on leash and in coat. What else could this all mean but an expedition? And who were they to pass up an expedition?

Cari wasn’t coming of course, not that she minded this time. She simply regarded them sleepily from her blanket by the radiator, purred good-naturedly at them and closed her eyes again. giftart for ~lolcarny, whom I was a jerk to last year for no better reason than I was having a bad month. which isn't an excuse, because you don't need an excuse to be decent to somebody. I must have blocked it out of my memory or something because I recently came upon the exchange whilst going through old notes and was quite appalled at myself. =_=

o.O I've always drawn anthros, why is it strange? they did lose my interest for a while because - as I said to you once I believe - just an animal head stuck on a human body got boring to me... but now I'm starting to play with the anatomy and 'animalness' factor a bit more and I'm getting interested in drawing and experimenting with them again. ^^
