Art Trade with LusoSkav

All I'm uploading seems to be art trades these days xD Don't worry, there'll soon be some variety.. I hope.. xD

I guess since until I start artcollege, I'm going to be pretty free, and I want to use this time to really start working on my art to jack it up to a high enough standard for myself and give myself a bit more confidence in my abilities so I won't feel like a clueless n00b when I start my Animation courses xD So.. I've been accepting a lot of trades. Because I do want to challenge myself artistically: drawing other people's characters, backgrounds, layout.. everything. So I'm not just slacking my life away rotting in front of the TV at home, yanno?

ANYWAY. This is =LusoSkav's cat fursona, Luso. Again, I was hesitant about starting this one because of the male anat issues I have, coupled with the fact that I don't draw badass-looking chars a lot xD.. but hey, I think it turned out pretty well, even if I screwed up the shading, AGAIN xD The background was a (successful!) experiment.. I wanted to try the rain tutorial I found on neondragonarts.com.. and I love how it worked out Thanks for the trade, Luso!

**NB: This is an issue that has been complained about before by other artists, and I can relate now..

If you are going to favourite this, people, or any of my stuff for that matter, for goodness sake COMMENT ON IT. I've suddenly got all these people watching me and favouriting my stuff and not leaving me any comments whatsoever, and it's starting to bug me. So.. please. I don't mind you looking and not commenting. But if you liked it enough to fave it, then you could at least tell me what it is you like so much about it =\ (Goodness knows I don't comment an awful lot.. but if I fav something I do make sure I've got something to say about it.)
